“Fight for the things that you care about, but do it in a way that will lead others to join you.” - The Late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg September 30th is National Women’s Health and Fitness day! An annual day dedicated to women of all ages across the globe to focus on the importance of health and regular physical activity. Today this looks different due to COVID-19. Virtual events and inpidual health and fitness activities will be the norm.
